Joshua M. Reynolds
Associate Attorney
Joshua M. Reynolds, a native of Detroit, is an associate attorney with Calcutt Rogers & Boynton. He is a graduate of Adrian College (B.B.A. 1997) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D. 2000). In 1999, Mr. Reynolds also served as a summer law clerk for Chief Justice Elizabeth A. Weaver of the Michigan Supreme Court.
Mr. Reynolds was admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan in 2000. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim County Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Traverse Area Human Resource Association.
Mr. Reynolds represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in the areas of employment and business law, contracts, property issues, probate matters, collections and general civil litigation. In his employment law practice, Mr. Reynolds has successfully defended various types of employment litigation, including, whistleblower claims, discrimination suits, regulatory agency charges, wage and hour claims, and contract disputes. He develops and drafts employment policies, employment contracts, and separation agreements for employers of all size and business type. Mr. Reynolds also conducts training sessions for managers and human resource professionals in the areas of sexual harassment, disability discrimination, hiring and firing, workplace investigations and employee background checks, computer and internet policies, workplace privacy, and other cutting-edge employment law topics.
When he is not working, Mr. Reynolds is an avid golfer, coaches little league baseball and football in Traverse City, and has served on the Board of Trustees for the Traverse City Youth Football Association and the Montessori Children’s House.
